Today, we're proud to announce the official launch of Frontline, our next-generation mobile app that will replace our long-standing Capture App.

This technology evolution is about empowering frontline workers, supervisors, and asset managers with tools that make their jobs easier, safer, and more efficient - while laying the foundations for Obzervr to deliver more advanced capabilities such as AI integrations and new connectivity options.
This launch is not just about new technology or features - it’s about preparing for the future and establishing the tech foundations needed to deliver the advanced capabilities organisations and their asset management teams increasingly need to solve the daily challenges of maintaining critical assets and help achieve organisational production targets.

We’ve listened to our customers, analysed workflows, and tested extensively - including live in the field, to ensure Frontline delivers measurable improvements in work efficiency, usability, and functionality.
Most importantly, for existing users of our Capture App, Frontline will feel very familiar and the transition to our new app is easy and low risk - download, sync and starting working without disruption.

Frontline launches with the same core functionality as our Capture App but with a cleaner, more streamlined interface, faster navigation options and the following new features and enhancements:

- Video with audio upload capability for rich, contextual data capture
- Hyperlink access to web-based reference materials

With the release of Frontline as our next-gen app, our Capture App will reach end of support on 31 July 2026. From this date Capture will no longer receive upgrades or releases. For existing customers of Obzervr, our Customer Success team will work with you to transition your teams to Frontline before this date to ensure continuity of service, functionality, security and device compatibility of the Obzervr Digital Work Management platform.
For existing Obzervr customers, transitioning your teams to Frontline is essential, however it is easy, low risk and fully supported by our Customer Success team through Hypercare, Rollout Plan Resources and Online User Training Modules.
