In 2024, we enhanced Obzervr with streamlined workflows, improved interfaces, and powerful bulk management features to make your work more efficient.

Our focus has been on quality of life improvements through better customisation, faster workflows, and simplified team management. We've introduced features for quicker work review, improved organisation, automated notifications, and expanded analytics and integration capabilities.

Assignment Summary Sidesheet

in: Manager (Worklist, Exception Management, Feedback Management)

View Work

On a busy day, don’t spend more time waiting for new pages to load when you want to review an assignment. Easily switch between multiple assignments to view key details when reviewing your team’s work.

The assignment summary sidesheet displays all key data about an assignment, with indicators to show which assignment was selected.

Create Work

Schedule work for your team without interrupting your workflow or thought processes. You can now create assignments without leaving Worklist.

Edit Work

While viewing an assignment, make any needed changes right on the sidesheet.

Favoriting Views

Save time scrolling through your list of views. Prioritise views you frequently use, such as ‘My Team’ by favouriting them.

Views that have been favourited show up at the top of the list of views, for easy access on both the view page and the manage view list.

Hide / Show Views

Have many views shared to you or from you that you don’t use but can’t be deleted?

Simplify your long view dropdown list by hiding views you don't use, leaving them accessible for others that still use them. You will still have access to them from your manage view list.

Email Notifications

Keep track of your exceptions and feedback without needing to manually monitor them by setting up email notifications. Receive real time notifications and daily summaries of changes to work you are involved in.

Email notifications are sent in real time when exceptions and feedback are assigned to you, from you, or updates are made, and a daily summary of for you and your team’s work.

Worklist bulk unassigning of Work

in: Manager (Worklist)

When a field operator calls in sick or can’t make a shift, easily unassign them from all their assignments while leaving other assignees intact. You now can bulk unassign everyone or just a select group of users from multiple assignments at once.

Console user list bulk actions

in: Manager (Console)

With large groups of users, you no longer have to activate, deactivate, verify, or add users to Teams and Security Groups individually. When one or more user is selected, the selection toolbar will now have an options to ‘change status’ (activate or deactivate), resend verification email, force verify, add to Teams.

Export list of users on console

You will now be able to easily export selected users or all users in the organization or tenant.

Team Description

Provide additional context for your field operators using the team description. Field operators will now be able to view this to help them with their tasks.

The team description is now displayed as a subtitle below the team name on Team Cards as well as on the Team Dropdown Selector.

New Columns, Filtering, and Grouping Capabilities

in: Manager (Exception Management, Feedback Management)

Customise your views by filtering and grouping your exceptions and feedback to get as granular or as general a view as you’d like, just like on Worklist. You can now even filter your exceptions by priority to easily prioritise work. We’ve also added new columns to Exception Management and Feedback Management, helping you see more context at a glance without having to open individual assignments.

Worklist Percentage Complete Columns for Completed and Finalised Work

in: Manager (Worklist)

Monitor your team’s work right on your view in Worklist - see how each stage of your assignments are progressing with new columns that show the completion percentage of total work as well as each individual phase (plan, work, and complete) when work is completed or finalised. Filtering and sorting is enabled on these columns.

Other Minor Enhancements

Completed PDF Regeneration for Finalised Assignments

Store your finalised information in your assignment PDFs where you can now enable a second completed PDF to be generated when assignments are finalised, including who completed and finalised the assignment, allowing for added context and history when reviewing.

Assignment Point Type Restriction

Save your field operators time when filling forms in Capture - you now can restrict the assignment point types your field operators can select to only the relevant locations.

Selecting Team Mandatory on Assignment Creation

Enforce processes easily with the new tenant setting for making the team field mandatory when creating assignments.

Filter and Sort Identifier Column on the Work Template List

Find templates you know by identifier on the work template page easily with new filtering and sorting by Identifier.

Assignment point ID in the assignment point selection dropdown

Identify assignment points by their ID easily with the assignment point ID now displaying after the assignment point name in the selection dropdown when creating, editing, or reviewing assignments on Manager.

Reports can now be set up to use more than one dataset each as needed.
